              Your data will be processed for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • the administration and management of the Everything for Fertility profile, including responding to posts and comments posted by you, and the supervision of content published by users - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. in being able to maintain and manage the Everything for Fertility profile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • to respond to enquiries made to Medi Partner Ltd. via private messages - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Ltd. to be able to respond to those who contact Medi Partner Ltd;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • to pursue other legitimate interests of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., which Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. considers to be, in particular, the possibility of asserting and defending claims, preventing fraud and economic crime or ensuring the security of the IT environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the administrator of the Instagram app, as the provider of the tools associated with the profile, is a jointly responsible entity for the processing of data of persons using the app, which may process their data for its own purposes based on other legal bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                In particular, the administrator of the Instagram application, based on its own provisions and regulations, may collect and process information contained in the cookies of profile visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                On the basis of such collected data, anonymous statements and statistics (e.g. regarding the number or profile of visitors to the fanpage) can be created by the Instagram application administrator, which can be made available to Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., as the operator of the fanpage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Recipients of data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Your personal data provided on the Instagram app in connection with your use of Everything for Fertility may be available to the administrator of that app - i.e. Meta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  At the same time, any personal data contained in comments posted on the Everything for Fertility fanpage may also be available to other users of the Instagram app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Data retention period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Your personal data will be processed by Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. for the period necessary to fulfil the processing purposes indicated above, in particular for the period during which you are an active user of the profile or until you object to the processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Data contained in posts or comments may be processed until they are deleted. If you are unable to delete a specific comment, you can ask us to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    You can always opt out of 'watching' the Everything for Fertility profile, and you can also object to your data being processed for these purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Irrespective of the storage of data by Medi Partner Ltd, its own data storage periods may be applied by the administrator of the Instagram application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Rights of the data subject<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      You have the right of access to your data and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the data controller. The contact details are indicated above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. may exercise your rights to the extent that it has the technical ability to do so (e.g. by deleting comments or posts containing personal data at your request).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
