Wait to be contacted<br>We will contact you to arrange a suitable time and the centre where you will have your tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Have tests carried out for 1 z\u0142<br>Come along to your booked appointment and have a smear test and an AMH test as part of the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entries for the campaign must be submitted by 31 October 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tests must be carried out by 31 December 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date of the examination is arranged individually with Invimed, subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you would like to have a smear test and an AMH test carried out during the same appointment, please let us know when you contact us. We will arrange an appointment time that allows for the smear test to be carried out at the appropriate time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of a smear test, you should prepare properly for the test and follow the advice regarding when to have it done.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether tests can be carried out on a specific date depends on their medical necessity and the availability of appointments at Invimed centres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A participant may withdraw from the study before the tests are carried out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact Invimed to arrange a new date, subject to the tests being carried out by 31 December 2026 at the latest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outlets taking part in the campaign<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invimed Warsaw Mokotow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invimed Warsaw Praga \u2013 Konesera Praga Centre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Organiser and partner of the campaign<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event is being organised in collaboration with PALM STUDIO and Invimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data controller is Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 36 Rakowiecka Street, 02-32 Warsaw. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of accepting entries for the promotional campaign and managing participation in the campaign.
