{"id":3251,"date":"2024-04-18T12:36:59","date_gmt":"2024-04-18T12:36:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/?page_id=3251"},"modified":"2024-06-01T14:52:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-01T12:52:06","slug":"hbimsi-in-vitro-fertilisation-imsi-with-two-stage-sperm-selection","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/en\/hbimsi-zaplodnienie-in-vitro-imsi-z-dwustopniowa-selekcja-plemnikow","title":{"rendered":"hbIMSI - in vitro fertilisation IMSI with two-stage sperm selection"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"zaplodnienie-in-vitro-metoda-hbimsi-z-dwustopniowa-selekcja-plemnikow\"><strong>In vitro fertilisation by hbIMSI with two-stage sperm selection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Docytoplasmic injection of morphologically selected sperm into the oocyte (IMSI), assisted by the selection of a sperm that reacts positively with hyaluronan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invimed clinics, for each procedure\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/en\/imsi-6600-injection-of-morphologically-selected-sperm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IMSI\u00a0<\/a>They provide their patients with a development of the method by supplementing the morphological selection of the sperm with its reaction with hyaluronate, known as hbIMSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"na-czym-polega-hbimsi\"><strong>What is hbIMSI about?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sperm reacting with hyaluronan (<a href=\"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/en\/hba-test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HBA test<\/a>) through specific receptors on their head are recognised as mature, the most competent to fertilise the egg and contribute to a properly developing embryo.
