ZyM\u014dt ICSI, ZyM\u014dt Multi (850 \u00b5L), ZyM\u014dt Multi (3 mL), collectively referred to so far as Fertile Chips, are specialised tools built to more effectively select the sperm that has the best chance of forming a healthy embryo. Each chip resembles a plate consisting of microscopic channels built on known hydrodynamic principles (microfluidics) that guide the interactions between the sperm and the surrounding microchannel structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This method - at the intersection of biology, physics, nanotechnology and engineering - allows the mapping of the sperm's behaviour during its natural journey through the female reproductive system. By using ZyM\u014dt ICSI, ZyM\u014dt Multi (850 \u00b5L), ZyM\u014dt Multi (3 mL), the embryologist can select sperm of the highest quality and DNA integrity, thereby increasing the chances of obtaining normal embryos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For whom are ZyM\u014dt chips?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Only couples qualified for the procedure can benefit from sperm chip selection with ZyM\u014dt ICSI, ZyM\u014dt Multi (850 \u00b5L), ZyM\u014dt Multi (3 mL) in vitro<\/a> with ZyM\u014dt chips by the attending physician.
