When efforts to have a child take a long time and are unsuccessful, it is worth looking for the cause of this condition, because a correct diagnosis is the first step towards effective treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"check-list\">\n\t    <header class=\"check-list__header\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<section class=\"check-list\">\n\t    <header class=\"check-list__header\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kiedy-wykonac-badania-plodnosci\">When to perform fertility tests?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fertility tests should benefit not only the woman, but also her partner, as infertility is a common problem of the couple and a reduction in reproductive capacity affects both sexes to the same extent (moreover, it happens that a decrease in fertility occurs simultaneously in both partners).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is understood that a consultation with a doctor involved in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility is best:<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n    <\/header>\n    <ul class=\"mb-0 p-0 check-list__inner\">\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>no later than after one year of unsuccessful efforts to have a child if the woman is under 30 years of age;<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>after six months if the woman is 30-39 years old;<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>as soon as possible if the woman is over 39;<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>as soon as possible if it is the man who is over 40 years of age (the age of the partner is then of little relevance).<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"check-list\">\n\t    <header class=\"check-list__header\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pierwsza-wizyta-w-klinice-leczenia-nieplodnosci\">First visit to an infertility clinic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first visit to the clinic, the doctor takes a detailed medical history of both partners. He then performs a gynaecological examination and a vaginal ultrasound on the woman and orders laboratory tests from a blood sample (often AMH, FSH, TSH, FT3, FT4, oestradiol, prolactin) and a semen test on the patient's partner (testing the partner's fertility is an integral part of the couple's infertility diagnosis).
