It refers to patients who have managed to obtain 6 or more mature oocytes competent for fertilisation during the stimulation process. Each confirmed clinical pregnancy is a great joy for us and we meticulously record each one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"szanse-na-zostanie-rodzicami-za-pierwszym-podejsciem-do-in-vitro\">Chances of becoming parents on first IVF attempt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Already after the first IVF attempt, usually six out of ten couples have the chance to become happy parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A single IVF cycle begins when the patient is stimulated,. This is followed by the retrieval and fertilisation of the ova, resulting in the formation of embryos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cycle ends with transfers of fresh and\/or frozen embryos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of transfers depends on the need and the number of embryos obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The efficacy given below indicates the total chance of giving birth in a single IVF cycle until the last <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients approaching another IVF attempt, i.e. the next cycle, still have a great chance of having the desired offspring. Our success rates in patients approaching for the second and third time to&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/en\/in-vitro\/\">in vitro fertilisation<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>are high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, they are decreasing because each subsequent failure is usually associated with a difficult clinical case, requiring the implementation of more advanced treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, treatment is not always successful. 18% of cases where pregnancy has not been achieved are associated with severe and very complex infertility factors that cannot be eliminated, usually with the most advanced treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"skutecznosc-in-vitro-a-wiek-pacjentki\">IVF efficacy and patient age<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The age of the patient is of paramount importance.<\/strong>&nbsp;It largely determines the effectiveness of treatment. With age, there is a reduction not only in the quantity but also in the quality of the oocytes produced. This translates directly into treatment effects on an embryological and clinical level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the first IVF cycle, patients before the age of 35 have the best chance of becoming pregnant.<\/strong>&nbsp;Their body usually produces a large number of ova of very good quality, which are competent to fertilise and continue to develop properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"az-69-pacjentek-ponizej-35-roku-zycia-po-pierwszym-cyklu-in-vitro-ma-szanse-zostac-mama\"><strong>As many as 69% patients under the age of 35 have the chance to become mothers after their first IVF cycle.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients aged 35 to 39 years have similar chances during their first cycle, with as many as 62% treatments
