tests<br \/>\nto qualify for the Programme.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the partner may be referred to a urologist or andrologist, where he will receive a referral for a semen test.<\/p>\n<p>If the couple is not married, a man entering into an IVF procedure with his partner using donor sperm will be required to sign a declaration at the Registry Office that he will be the father of the child.<\/p>\n<p>The female partner will also be obliged, within 3 months from the date of the partner's declaration, to confirm with the Registry Office that the father of the child will be that man.<\/p>\n<p>If the man does not make a declaration at the USC, the couple will not be able to start the IVF
