The embryology consultation is completely free of charge for all Invimed patients who have started preparing for assisted reproductive procedures, are in the process of preparing for assisted reproductive procedures or have already had an ART procedure (in vitro or insemination) that has failed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does embryology do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Embryology is the science that deals with the various aspects of embryo formation, development and implantation, and the development of fetuses to birth. It studies the genetic, morphological, physiological and pathological aspects of the preimplantation and prenatal developmental phases that occur in the human embryo and foetus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the specialities of embryology is clinical embryology. Clinical embryologists are usually biologists, biotechnologists, medical analysts or bioinformaticians by profession who work in the embryology laboratories of clinics or other infertility treatment centres. They hold master's or doctoral degrees in genetics, reproduction, developmental biology, experimental embryology or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to provide the doctor with the test results?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
