Exercise of rights concerning your personal data processed by Medi Partner Ltd.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As we hold your data, you have rights in relation to its processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below you will find all the necessary information on how to claim and exercise your rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5. Will I incur any costs in exercising my rights?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The exercise of data subjects' rights is free of charge. However, in the case of the right of access, we reserve the right, in accordance with the law, to charge a fee for subsequent copies of the data resulting from the exercise of the right under Article 15 RODO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Will every request I make be met?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Any request made will be forwarded to our Data Protection Officer for analysis. This will result in a response regarding its implementation, which you will receive from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          At the same time, we would like to inform you that the result of the analysis may be the refusal of the request made in the event that it proves to be unfounded, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          EXAMPLE <\/mark>

          An example of an unreasonable request may be the inability to exercise the right to erasure of data ( ''to be forgotten'') in the case of medical records produced at Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., when, as a healthcare provider, we are obliged by law to process the data contained in the medical records, as a rule, for a period of 20 years (Patient Rights and Patient Ombudsman Act).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
