The chances of proper embryo implantation increase with EmbryoGlue\u00ae.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-to-jest-embryoglue\">What is EmbryoGlue?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EmbryoGlue is an embryo physiological solution containing hyaluronate, which in the natural cycle is also secreted in large amounts by the endometrial cells during the pre-implantation period. Studies have shown that an increase in the secretion of hyaluronate increases the viscosity of the secretions, which contributes to their adhesion and therefore stabilises the interaction of the endometrium with the embryo, helping the embryo to implant into the endometrium.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-dziala-embryoglue\">How does EmbryoGlue work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EmbryoGlue\u00ae mimics the action of pre-implantation uterine secretions. On the day of embryo transfer, hyaluronate mediates the contact between embryo and endometrium at the beginning of the implantation process by binding to specific receptors, mainly CD44, found in both embryos and endometrium. As in the natural cycle, the EmbryoGlue\u00ae effect enhances the affinity of the embryo to the endometrium. The use of EmbryoGlue during embryo transfer increases the success of the <a href=\"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/en\/in-vitro-ivf\/\">IVF treatments<\/a> by approximately 10%.
