CHECK FOR PROGRAMME CHANGES MARKED WITH AN ASTERISK<\/h3>\n

The Invimed Warsaw Mokotow and Warsaw Praga clinics are the implementers of the \u201eHealth Policy Programme on supporting people affected by infertility with the use of in vitro fertilisation methods\u201d for the years 2023 - 2025.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Each couple qualified for the programme can benefit from a grant of up to \u00a36,000<\/h3>\n

* Up to three IVF procedures. Up to three cycles can be subsidised again 3 years after the last procedure.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who can benefit from the in vitro treatment subsidy programme in Warsaw?<\/h2>\n

Couples who cannot get pregnant through natural conception and meet the following criteria will be eligible for the programme:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Couple qualified for infertility treatment by in vitro fertilisation by the programme implementers, in accordance with the guidelines of the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine and Embryology (there are primary indications for treatment by in vitro fertilisation or other treatment methods recommended by PTMRiE have failed) and the Act of 25 June 2015 on infertility treatment.<\/li>\n
  • Couples who are married or in a partnership, as referred to in the definition of partnership donation in Article 2(1)(8) of the Infertility Treatment Act of 25 June 2015.<\/li>\n
  • Couples who, at the date of qualification for the programme, have resided in the Warsaw area for at least two years.<\/li>\n
  • The woman's age is between 25 and 40 years.<\/li>\n
  • A woman's ovarian reserve, as measured by AMH levels, is above 0.7 ng\/ml.<\/li>\n
  • *Couples who have participated in at most two in vitro fertilisation treatments in the last 3 years in other publicly funded infertility treatment programmes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    *Changes to the Programme from 31.08.2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Also eligible for the programme will be women aged between 18 and 40 years, in whom gonadotoxic therapy has to be applied due to cancer, and who have lived in the Warsaw area for at least two years. Freezing ova will make it possible to postpone fertility in these women until the disease is cured.<\/p>\n

    Municipal subsidies for the IVF procedure in Warsaw include:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • multiple ovulation stimulation and monitoring,<\/li>\n
    • performing a follicle puncture (oocyte retrieval);<\/li>\n
    • general anaesthesia during an LP,<\/li>\n
    • sperm retrieval (excluding the cost of a testicular or epididymal biopsy) and preparation for fertilisation,<\/li>\n
    • in vitro fertilisation and supervision of embryo development,<\/li>\n
    • transfer of embryos into the uterine cavity,<\/li>\n
    • cryopreservation (freezing) of embryos with preserved developmental potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Other costs (including laboratory tests, additional specialist consultations, the cost of medicines and additional procedures) are covered by patients.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
