Each couple qualified for the programme can benefit from a subsidy of up to PLN 6,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The programme is co-financed with funds received from the City of Warsaw.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"cta-3\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container cta-3__container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"position-relative cta-3__wrapper\">\n\t\t                    <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0em\"><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-color-12-color\">NOTE: Changes to the Programme<br><strong>ENROLMENT 2024<\/strong><\/mark><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Due to changes in the Programme, couples who approached the last publicly funded procedure earlier than 3 years ago can again benefit from the 3 funded procedures.\u00a0<br>In addition, we also welcome couples who have had a baby as a result of a subsidised procedure. If they wish to use the Programme again, they now have the opportunity to do so.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n                \t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kto-moze-przystapic-do-programu\">Who can join the Programme?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the funding programme&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/invimed.pl\/en\/in-vitro-ivf\/warsaw\/\">in vitro in Warsaw<\/a>&nbsp;couples who cannot get pregnant through natural conception and who meet the following formal and medical requirements may join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Each couple can receive funding for up to 3 IVF procedures. Up to three cycles can be subsidised again 3 years after the last procedure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-color-12-color\">Each couple qualified for the programme can benefit from a subsidy of up to \u00a36,000 for up to three IVF procedures. After three years have passed since the last procedure, funding for up to three cycles can be obtained again.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wymogi-formalne\">Formal requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"check-list\">\n\t    <header class=\"check-list__header\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\"><\/div>\n    <\/header>\n    <ul class=\"mb-0 p-0 check-list__inner\">\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>the couple must be married or in a civil partnership evidenced by a joint declaration<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>the couple has lived in the Warsaw area for at least two years on the date of eligibility for the programme<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>*the couple has participated in at most two in vitro fertilisation treatments in publicly funded infertility treatment programmes in the last 3 years<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-color-12-color\">*<\/mark>Amendments to the Programme of 31 August 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wymogi-medyczne\">Medical requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"check-list\">\n\t    <header class=\"check-list__header\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\"><\/div>\n    <\/header>\n    <ul class=\"mb-0 p-0 check-list__inner\">\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>the woman must be between 25 and 40 years of age<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>the female AMH hormone level is above 0.7ng\/ml<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>the couple has been qualified at the clinic for in vitro fertilisation infertility treatment, in accordance with the guidelines of the Polish Society for Reproductive Medicine and Embryology (when there are primary indications for in vitro fertilisation treatment or other treatment methods recommended by the PTMRiE have failed) and the Act of 25 June 2015 on Infertility Treatment.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>Also eligible for the programme will be women aged between 18 and 40 years, in whom gonadotoxic therapy has to be applied due to cancer, and who have lived in the Warsaw area for at least two years. Freezing ova will make it possible to postpone fertility in these women until the disease is cured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The health policy programme on supporting people affected by infertility using in vitro fertilisation methods is co-financed by the City of Warsaw.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-zyskuje-korzystajac-z-programu\">What do I gain by using the Programme?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to three grants of up to \u00a36,000 for one IVF procedure, consisting of the following stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"check-list\">\n\t    <header class=\"check-list__header\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\"><\/div>\n    <\/header>\n    <ul class=\"mb-0 p-0 check-list__inner\">\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>Multiple ovulation stimulation and monitoring,<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>performing a follicle puncture (collection of ova)<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>sperm retrieval (excluding the cost of a testicular or epididymal biopsy) and preparation for fertilisation,<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>in vitro fertilisation and supervision of embryo development,<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n            <div class=\"svg-container\">\n                <svg width=\"16\" height=\"16\">\n                    <use xlink:href=\"#icon-check-2\" \/>\n                <\/svg>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>transfer of embryos into the uterine cavity,<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n            <li class=\"d-flex check-list__item\">\n  <div class=\"check-list__item__rte\">\n                <p>cryopreservation (freezing) of embryos with preserved developmental potential.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>Other costs (including laboratory tests, additional specialist consultations, the cost of medicines and additional procedures) are covered by patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 appointment, you will talk to the doctor about your treatment history and medical situation. You will be able to read it at home and bring the signed consent to the clinic for your next appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also an opportunity to meet with the Funding Coordinator after the interview visit. The meeting is not obligatory, but we encourage you to attend it. The coordinator will present the rules of participation in the Programme and help you fill in the documents required for eligibility.
