We know how important it is for a woman's health to have a quick diagnosis, as well as the necessary surgical diagnosis performed without delay. That is why we want to give all women this opportunity.

What is worth knowing?

The prerequisite for a hysteroscopy procedure is a qualification from a gynaecologist. Registration for consultations takes place via the helpline and the procedure is arranged during the medical appointment. You will receive the result of the diagnostic examination after the examination during your appointment. In the case of a surgical examination and the taking of histopathological sections, the waiting time for the result is up to 3 weeks.

After operative hysteroscopy, the patient can go home after two hours, unless there is a need for daily observation. Importantly, the healing process after the procedure is much shorter than in the case of a classic transabdominal operation. During the recovery period, no lifting or intense physical exercise is allowed

Range of tests and treatments

  • assessment of the uterine cavity,

  • mucosal quality assessment,

  • localisation of endometrial polyps,

  • removal of endometrial polyps,

  • location of intramural adhesions,

  • removal of adhesions,

  • endometrial sctratching.

IMPORTANT

WE DO NOT PERFORM MYOMA REMOVAL IN THE CLINIC

Myoma removal procedures are performed in a hospital setting.

When is it worth having a hysteroscopy?

Hysteroscopic examination is recommended for women who:

  • experience menstrual disorders (especially intermenstrual bleeding),

  • have a history of miscarriages,

  • are trying unsuccessfully to have a child.

Indications for hysteroscopy are also: 

  • pathological changes in the endometrium previously detected by ultrasound,

  • anatomical defects of the uterus,

  • suspected intrauterine adhesions.

Hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of infertility

The results of a hysteroscopic examination can help diagnose the causes of infertility and so accelerate pregnancy at the same time. Removal of pathological lesions in the uterus can promote improved fertility.

The procedure itself, however, does not lead to pregnancy.
