How was Franio born? .
Franio came into the world thanks to IVF. His parents are not ashamed of this, but they don't talk about it directly. Only those closest to him and his family know. Why? They don't reveal that. Perhaps they want to forget the long wait. The most important thing now is that Franek is with them. Nothing else matters.
It started as it does for everyone - they decided they wanted to have a baby. After many months of natural endeavour, they decided to get tested to see if they were healthy. The tests were harder for him, you know, it's always more difficult for a guy...The first tests didn't indicate anything was wrong, so they kept trying, naturally. It wasn't working out.
They started treatment at a clinic in Gdansk, only to be transferred to InviMed in Gdynia after some time. Here they started inseminations. First one, then another. Both brought stress and disappointment. Again it didn't work, again they cried. Doctor Makowska decided that due to the declining AMH, IVF had to be tried. They tried it. And nothing. A time of breakdown came. It lasted a long time. They reminisce about it and remain silent for a long while. You can see that they remember well what they felt at that time....
It took six months before they returned. AMH continued to fall. There was nothing to wait for. This was their last moment. On their second IVF attempt, they only managed to get one embryo. And from this one and only one... Franio was born. The pregnancy went by the book, but the birth was very difficult. Nevertheless, the 4,150 kg of happiness were worth her efforts. When Franio came into the world they both cried.
Today, they are both happy, they say that it is worth fighting for dreams, trying to fulfil them so that the family is complete. They convince that no failure, no money can stop it. They would give everything... and a hundred thousand... and even a million, if it would make it nice for them to be together, with Fran.
