InviMed Clinic Wroclaw accepts patients within the framework of the "Programme of infertility treatment by means of in vitro fertilisation for the inhabitants of Wrocław" in 2020. Our clinic received the highest score in the competition and was awarded exactly the number of cycles requested. 

IVF funding for Wrocław residents in 2020

The programme is aimed at residents of Wrocław only. The amount of co-financing for each IVF cycle or procedure with embryo adoption will be up to PLN 5,000, provided that at least one complete procedure under the programme is carried out. The programme is funded by the City of Wrocław.

Each person from a married or civil partnership couple must submit the following documents: 

• A statement confirming participation in the Programme for the first time,
• Statement of residence in Wrocław,
• Submission of a photocopy of the first page of the 2019 tax return, by each of the beneficiaries making up the couple, who have settled with the Tax Office by the date of submission (original return to be seen). Those who have not settled shall submit a photocopy of the first page of the PIT-11,
• Other, including medical.
