Receive e-prescription electronically!.

Where can I find my e-prescription?

If you did not receive the code for your e-prescription by SMS/e-mail or your printout got lost somewhere, you have two options:

  1. Go to pacjent.gov.pl and log in to your Internet Patient Account (Trusted Profile required).
  2. Log in to your account at InviMed Patient Portal and go to: e-Prescription or visit the clinic reception to access the portal. 

    Receipt of the e-prescription code in the Patient Portal possible from 16 March 2020.     The first version of e-prescription, implemented in the Patient Portal, will have the following data:

  • doctor,

  • date of issue,

  • reception code.

NOTE!

From 16 March 2020, in line with the position of the Data Protection Authority In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Working Party, we will not provide information on e-prescription codes by our Patient Contact Centre (500 900 888) and clinic receptions.
