Cookies" technology

Cookies are small documents (usually text) whose textual content may contain various information about you, including personal data in the form of your computer's IP address and a unique device identifier stored in the file. Cookies are stored in the memory of your device - they are not stored on our servers, we only read the contents of these files, accessing them during your visit to our site.

Each individual cookie consists of four basic parts:

  • website name: name of the domain or subdomain that set the cookie;

  • name of the cookie: the cookie has a name, unique to the party that set it;

  • expiry date: some cookies expire when the browser is closed (so-called session cookies), other cookies will only be deleted automatically when they reach the expiry date that has been set (so-called persistent cookies);

  • value: this is the information in the cookie that the website uses to 'remember' a previous visit.

More information about cookies can be found at https://www.aboutcookies.org/ or https://wszystkoociasteczkach.pl/.

Our services make use of "cookies" and similar technologies - hereinafter collectively referred to as cookies. These technologies ensure, among other things, that the website functions correctly.

As is standard practice for most websites, we store HTTP requests made to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website. The content viewed is identified by URLs. We also know, among other things:

  • the timing of the enquiry,

  • time of sending the reply,

  • the URL of a page previously visited by the user (referer link), in the event that the Medi Partner website was accessed via a link,

  • information about the user's browser.

This data is not associated with specific visitors to Medi Partner websites. To ensure the highest quality of the service, we occasionally analyse log files to determine which pages are visited most frequently, which web browsers are used, whether the structure of the site contains errors, etc. When you visit our websites, you remain anonymous until you decide otherwise yourself. The information contained in the system logs (e.g. IP address) is used by us for technical purposes in connection with the administration of our servers. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information such as the region from which you connect to us.

For this purpose, cookies are installed on the User's device, which collect data such as browser and device information, IP address, web pages visited and date and time of the server enquiry for the purpose of evaluating the User's use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for Medi Partner as the website operator and providing other services related to website activity and Internet use to the website operator.

The website operates on the basis of IP address anonymisation. This means that Google truncates (truncates the last eight digits of the IP address), i.e. anonymises IP addresses originating from countries in the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted, which is only anonymised on Google servers in the USA.

Google, on behalf of Medi Partner, will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website traffic for website operators and providing other services relating to website traffic and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data stored by Google.

The information generated by the cookies on your use of the website is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA.
