- Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing
Your data will be processed for:
- the administration and management of the Invimed company profile, including responding to posts and comments posted by you, and the supervision of content published by users - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. in being able to maintain and manage the Invimed company profile.
- to respond to enquiries directed to Medi Partner Ltd. via LinkedIn - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Ltd. to be able to respond to Medi Partner Ltd. contacts;
- to pursue other legitimate interests of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., which Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. considers to be, in particular, the possibility of asserting and defending claims, preventing fraud and economic crime or ensuring the security of the IT environment.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the LinkedIn portal administrator, as a tool provider, is a jointly responsible entity for the processing of the data of persons using the Invimed company profile, which may process their data for its own purposes based on other legal grounds.
In particular, LinkedIn, based on its own terms and conditions, may collect and process information contained in the cookies of profile visitors.
Based on the data collected in this way, anonymous summaries and statistics (e.g. regarding the number or profile of visitors) may be created by LinkedIn, which may be made available to Medi Partner Ltd. as the operator of the profile.
- Recipients of data
Your personal data provided on LinkedIn in connection with the use of your Invimed profile may be accessible to the administrator of this portal - i.e. LinkedIn.
At the same time, any personal data contained in comments posted on the Invimed profile may also be available to other LinkedIn users.
- Data retention period
Your personal data will be processed by Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. for the period of time necessary for the purposes of the processing indicated above, in particular for the period during which you are an active user of the Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. company profile or until you object to the processing.
Data contained in posts or comments may be processed until they are deleted. If you are unable to delete a specific comment, you can ask us to do so.
You can always opt out of 'watching' the Invimed company profile, and you can also object to the processing of your data for these purposes.
Irrespective of Medi Partner Ltd's data storage, its own data storage periods may be applied by the LinkedIn portal administrator.
- Rights of the data subject
You have the right of access to your data and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. may exercise your rights to the extent that it has the technical ability to do so (e.g. by deleting comments or posts containing personal data at your request).
Independently of contacting Medi Partner Ltd. regarding the processing of your data via LinkedIn, you may also contact the LinkedIn administrator.
- Information on data requirements
The provision of data as part of the use of the fanpage is voluntary. Failure to provide data may prevent the use of certain functionalities (such as the ability to post comments or contact Medi Partner Sp. z o.o.).
