  1. Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing

Your data will be processed for:

  • administration and management of the InviMed channel, including responding to posts and comments posted by you, and overseeing content posted by users - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. in being able to run and manage the InviMed channel;
  • to pursue other legitimate interests of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., which Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. considers to be, in particular, the possibility of asserting and defending claims, preventing fraud and economic crime or ensuring the security of the IT environment.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the administrator of the YouTube portal, as the provider of the tools associated with the channel, is jointly responsible for the processing of the data of persons using the InviMed channel, and may process their data for its own purposes based on other legal grounds.

In particular, the YouTube administrator may collect and process information contained in the cookies of visitors to the fanpage on the basis of its own rules and regulations.

The administrator of the YouTube portal may use the data collected in this manner to compile anonymous statements and statistics (e.g. regarding the number and profile of visitors to the channel), which may be made available to Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. as the operator of the fanpage.

  1. Recipients of data

Your personal data provided on YouTube in connection with the use of the InviMed channel may be accessible to the administrator of this portal - i.e. Google.

At the same time, any personal data contained in comments posted on InviMed may also be available to other YouTube users.

  1. Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed by Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. for the period necessary to fulfil the processing purposes indicated above, in particular for the period during which you are an active user of the channel or until you object to the processing.

Data contained in posts or comments may be processed until they are deleted. If you are unable to delete a specific comment, you can ask us to do so.

You can always unsubscribe from the InviMed channel, and you can also object to the processing of your data for these purposes.

Irrespective of the storage of data by Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., its own data storage periods may be applied by the YouTube portal administrator.

  1. Rights of the data subject

You have the right of access to your data and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. may exercise your rights to the extent that it has the technical ability to do so (e.g. by deleting comments or posts containing personal data at your request).

Independently of contacting Medi Partner Ltd. regarding the processing of your data via YouTube, you can also contact the YouTube portal administrator.

The provision of data as part of the use of the fanpage is voluntary. Failure to provide data may prevent the use of certain functionalities (such as the ability to post comments).
