Head of embryology laboratory at Invimed Warsaw

Always open to talking to patients and focused on the success of treatment. She is an embryologist by vocation and passion. She is distinguished by her constant desire to expand her knowledge and improve her skills in assisted reproduction techniques. She is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) with extensive scientific achievements, as confirmed by her doctoral degree obtained in 2019.

Professional experience and clinical work

  • 2016-present - working as the head of the embryology laboratory at the European Motherhood Centre Invimed in Warsaw

  • 2004-2015 - working as an embryologist at the Invimed Warsaw clinic, since 2009 as a senior embryologist.

  • December 2018 - lecture entitled "Evaluation of activation and course of apoptosis of isolated canine spermatozoa" in the framework of the 52nd Annual Meeting Physiology and Pathology of Reproduction of the DVG Section Reproductive Medicine, and 44th Veterinary and Human Medicine Common Conference, February 2019, Goettingen, Germany.

  • 2007-2010 - Supervisor of 3 master's theses carried out under the supervision of Dr Ricardo Faundez.

  • October 2003 - organisation of the 1st Young Chem conference in cooperation with members of the chemistry research club at the Warsaw University of Technology; participation as chairman of the biotechnology section;

  • December 2002 - participation in the 5th conference on molecular biology in infectious disease diagnosis and biotechnology, own presentation "Cytometric evaluation of human sperm DNA integrity in andrological diagnosis";

  • 2001 - Internship at the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences; Department of Lipid Biochemistry. Internship topic: "Preparation of plant and animal dolichols by chromatographic methods".

Additional skills and certificates
  • Operation of flow cytometer, experience in laboratory work.

  • Certificate in embryo blastomere biopsy and blastocyst trophoectoderm biopsy in pre-implantation diagnosis (use of laser methods), time-lapse embryo culture, vitrification of oocytes and embryos.

  • Certificate in operation of flow cytometer in pathomorphological diagnosis issued by the Department of Clinical Cytology, CMKP, Warsaw.

  • Certificate of completion of the Business English course at advanced level with a very good result.

  • 2019 - obtaining the title of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences; dissertation topic: "Evaluation of the activation and course of apoptosis of isolated canine and feline spermatozoa", thesis was awarded by the decision of the Council of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, SGGW;

  • Doctoral studies at the School of Life Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Veterinary Pathology and Diagnostics, Department of Animal Pathophysiology;

  • July 2003 - obtaining the degree of Master of Engineering with a very good grade, the Master's thesis on the topic "Cytometric evaluation of the DNA integrity of human sperm sperm in andrological diagnosis" (supervisor Dr. R. Faundez) received a distinction in the competition of the Rector of SGGW for the best Master's thesis in the academic year 2002/2003;

  • 1998-2003 - Studies at the School of Life Sciences; Interdepartmental Study of Biotechnology, specialisation in Animal Production and Health Protection.

Hobbies and interests

Professionally, I am interested in embryology and andrology. Privately, I am passionate about travel, Italian cuisine and skiing.
