- Purchase the service from the MediStore and then arrange a convenient teleportation appointment with the specialist of your choice via the InviMed Helpline: 500 900 888. A consultant will contact you within 24 hours of purchasing the service by calling the number provided at the time of purchase.

What consultations can take place as part of a medical teleportation?
Infertility consultation
Advice from a gynaecologist-obstetrician and specialist in reproductive medicine who deals with the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
Immunological consultation
An immunologist is a doctor who diagnoses and treats primary and secondary immune disorders. Some of these have a significant impact on fertility in the context of conception itself, as well as the maintenance of the pregnancy throughout its duration
Dietary consultation
Our dieticians specialise in fertility diets, weight loss diets, nutrition for pregnant and lactating women, rational nutrition for particularly active people, nutrition in endocrine disorders, metabolic and diet-related diseases.
Who can benefit from medical telephone advice?
A telephone consultation with an Invimed specialist can be used by any person of legal age, regardless of location and previous treatment history. However, please note that by booking such a service, you are purchasing a telephone consultation and not a visit to a specific Invimed infertility clinic.
Telemedicine consultations are provided by the Invimed clinic during the epidemic state caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus infections. We reserve the right to change the way they are provided if the epidemic state ceases or if, in a particular case, medical reasons justify the need for direct contact with the Patient. Therefore, when purchasing the service, it is worth noting in which city the specialist will carry out the consultation.
How to provide the doctor with the test results?
In the case of consultations with a gynaecologist (as part of the initial infertility consultation) and an immunologist, the teleportation takes place on the basis of a history and medical records provided by the patient.

Patients can send their medical records to the email address indicated to them by the InviMed Helpline consultant.

Files uploaded should be legible and represent the individual documents in their entirety (e.g. test results, hospital discharges, etc.).

Medical records must be sent no later than the day before the appointment. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the doctor will receive it before the teleportation date.
