Nutritionist
Patrizia Polanska-Drejer is a medical nutritionist by training and passion. She specialises in pro-fertility diet supporting efforts to have a child at different stages, including nutritional support in therapy conducted with the help of insemination or in vitro. She also consults on diet therapy of civilisation diseases such as obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, PCOS, heart diseases (including hyperlipidaemia, hypertension), autoimmune diseases - Hashimoto's, coeliac disease.
She believes that our lifestyle directly affects the condition of our body and that we can modify some of the causes of infertility ourselves with an appropriately selected diet. She encourages all people trying to have a baby to learn about the nutritional aspects of influencing hormonal regulation, diet therapy of the above mentioned conditions and to check whether their current diet meets the criteria of a 'pro-fertility' diet.
Consultations are provided both individually and for couples.
