  1. Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing

Your data will be processed for:

  • administration and management of the fanpage Invimed - Wszystko dla płodności, including responding to posts and comments posted by you, as well as supervision of the content published by users - the legal basis for processing is the legally justified interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. consisting in the possibility of running and managing the fanpage Invimed - Wszystko dla płodności;
  • responding to enquiries made to Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. via Messenger - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. in being able to respond to the persons contacting Medi Partner Sp. z o.o;
  • to pursue other legitimate interests of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., which Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. considers to be, in particular, the possibility of asserting and defending claims, preventing fraud and economic crime or ensuring the security of the IT environment.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that Facebook administrator Meta, as provider of fanpage and messenger tools, is jointly responsible for

processing of data of persons using the fanpage or Messenger, which may process their data for its own purposes on other legal bases.

In particular, Meta, on the basis of its own terms and conditions, may collect and process information contained in the cookies of visitors to the fanpage.

On the basis of such collected data, Meta can compile anonymous statements and statistics (e.g. regarding the number or profile of visitors to the fanpage), which can be made available to Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., as the operator of the fanpage.

  1. Recipients of data

Your personal data provided on Facebook in connection with the use of the fanpage Invimed - Everything for Fertility, or communicated via Messenger, may be available to the administrator of this portal - i.e. the Meta company.

At the same time, any personal data contained in comments posted on the fanpage Invimed - Everything for Fertility may also be available to other Facebook users.

  1. Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed by Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing indicated above, in particular for the period during which you are an active user of the fanpage or until you object to the processing.

Data contained in posts or comments may be processed until they are deleted. If you are unable to delete a specific comment, you can ask us to do so.

You can always opt out of 'watching' or 'liking' the Invimed - Everything for Fertility fan page, and you can also object to the processing of your data for these purposes.

Irrespective of the storage of data by Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., its own data storage periods may be applied by the Facebook administrator.

  1. Rights of the data subject

You have the right of access to your data and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of the legitimate interest of Medi Partner Sp. z o.o., you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

Medi Partner Sp. z o.o. may exercise your rights to the extent that it has the technical ability to do so (e.g. by deleting comments or posts containing personal data at your request).

Independently of contacting Medi Partner Ltd. regarding the processing of your data via Facebook or Messenger, you can also contact the Facebook administrator Meta.

  1. Information on data requirements

The provision of data as part of the use of the fanpage is voluntary. Failure to provide data may prevent the use of certain functions (such as the ability to post comments or contact using Messenger).
