3. the purposes of processing your personal data and the legal basis for the processing
We will process your personal data because you are a contact person for us at our contractor or potential contractor or a person entitled to represent them.
Accordingly, we will process your data in order to:

to contact you in relation to day-to-day matters, including the conclusion and execution of contracts between us and your employer/entity you represent, to provide offers, to receive orders, to answer questions. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in being able to contact our contractors (i.e. their employees/co-workers) on an ongoing basis.

Defend against possible claims or assert possible contractual claims against the entity where you work or which you represent, i.e. our contractor - if a contractual dispute arises. The legal basis for the processing of your data is our legitimate interest in being able to defend against or assert claims.

Conduct direct marketing of our products and services in the context of a business relationship between us and the company you represent. As part of such a business relationship, we will, among other things, send meeting invitations, product information, promotions and competitions, and conduct marketing research. We will process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest. You may object to such processing at any time.
4 Period of retention of your personal data
We will process your personal data:

during the period of performance of the contract that your employer/entity you represent has concluded with us,

for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under the contract,

until an objection is lodged if the data are processed for marketing purposes in the context of business cooperation.
5 Recipients of your personal data
We will transfer your personal data to our suppliers to whom we outsource personal data processing services, e.g.:

Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
Recipients of your data may also be public entities to whom we are obliged to make the data available on the basis of the laws applicable to us.
6. Source of data received
Your data comes from employers, contractors you represent, as well as from public sources, including websites and social networks.
7 Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
In order to ensure the highest possible quality of our services, we use other suppliers, e.g. for IT support. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. We assure you that, in such a case, the transfer of data will be based on an appropriate agreement between Us and this entity, containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, or on the basis of a relevant decision of the European Commission.
8. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
