Funding for IVF for couples from the Wielkopolska region for 2024 .
At the Invimed clinic in Poznan, enrolment is underway for: "Health policy programme of infertility treatment by means of in vitro fertilisation for the inhabitants of the Wielkopolska region" for 2024.

Each couple that qualifies for the programme will receive funding - a maximum of £5,000.
This amount may be lower if all the medical services foreseen in the programme are not performed and it is per procedure. Each couple can benefit from 3 (maximum) in vitro fertilisation attempts. In addition, each participant - as part of the programme before gonadotoxic treatment - will be reimbursed 100 % for an oocyte freezing procedure.
Each in vitro fertilisation procedure requires a separate notification and application.
The number of places is limited.

The in vitro subsidy programme for the residents of Wielkopolska will end 30 days after the start of the nationwide programme financed from the state budget.
Eligibility criteria for couples to participate in the Programme on the use of in vitro fertilisation method
To apply for the Programme - a woman and a man - must meet the following requirements:
1 They must be at least 25 years of age on the date of entry and a woman must be under 40 years of age by date of birth.
2. they must reside in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship, i.e. they must be natural persons residing in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code for 12 months at the time of applying for the Programme and/or residing, registered and paying income tax for the previous year in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship.
3 They must submit to the implementer a completed informed consent form to participate in the Programme and sign a declaration that they are not currently participants in another Programme of a similar nature funded by public funds or have not participated in a similar Programme funded by public funds in the last three years.
4 The absolute cause of infertility or ineffective treatment of infertility in accordance with the recommendations and standards of medical practice during the 12 months preceding the application for the Programme, together with the indication for in vitro fertilisation, must be established and confirmed by medical documentation.
Individuals who have met all the inclusion criteria indicated in the Programme are eligible to participate.
Medical indications for the use of in vitro fertilisation methods resulting in exclusion from the Programme are:

potential risk of failure to respond correctly to ovulation stimulation (folliculotropic hormone - FSH above 15 mU/mL on day 2-3 of the cycle or anti-mullerian hormone AMH below 0.7 ng/mL),
-
inadequate response to correctly performed ovulation stimulation, as demonstrated by failure to obtain oocytes in 2 stimulation cycles,
-
recurrent pregnancy loss in the same relationship;
-
defects of the uterus that make it absolutely impossible to carry a pregnancy,
-
no uterus.
Eligibility criteria for participation in the Programme for oocyte freezing prior to the use of gonadotoxic therapy

the woman applying for the programme must reside in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship, i.e. she must be a natural person residing in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code for 12 months at the time of applying for the programme,
-
A woman applying for the Programme must submit to the implementer a completed informed consent form to participate in the Programme and sign a declaration that she is not currently a participant in another publicly funded Programme of a similar nature or has not participated in a similar publicly funded Programme within the last three years,
-
a woman applying for the Programme must have a cancer or other disease for which gonadotoxic therapy is required and confirmed by medical documentation.
To qualify for the Programme, all of the above criteria must be met. Failure to meet at least one constitutes a contraindication to participation in the Programme.
Each woman who qualifies for the programme will receive funding of up to £2,000.

Eligibility for the Programme will be decided by a doctor based on medical indications.

proof of identity,

completed documents for the Programme:
(a) a declaration of residence - Annex A
(b) consent to participation in the programme - Annex B

documents proving residence in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship: current settled PIT document or a current certificate from the office in charge of the department dealing with the population register.

Qualification fee
The visit at which the couple receives the qualification is payable - according to the programme price list 25 zł. If, during the visit, it turns out that another visit is necessary to complete the documentation or test results, it will be charged according to the price list of the clinic Invimed Poznań.
