Invitro subsidy program for Częstochowa residents at InviMed Katowice.
IN VITRO FUNDING OF UP TO £5,000
Health Policy Programme entitled: 'Treatment of infertility by means of in vitro fertilisation for the inhabitants of the city of Częstochowa in the years 2015-2017 - continuation of the programme for the years 2018-2020 - continuation of the programme for the years 2021-2023 - continuation of the programme for the years 2024-2026 hereinafter referred to as the 'Programme'.
Eligibility for the subsidy programme for residents of the city of Częstochowa offers the possibility of a one-off subsidy for an in vitro fertilisation procedure, provided that at least one procedure has been carried out.
Carrying out one in vitro fertilisation procedure involves carrying out the following:
- Multiple ovulation stimulation and supervision,
- performing follicular puncture with general anaesthesia,
- in vitro classical fertilisation or microinjection of a sperm into an egg for the indications: male factor or unexplained and in vitro embryo development surveillance,
- transfer of embryos into the uterine cavity,
- freezing of unused embryos with retained developmental potential,
- conducting a satisfaction survey of programme participants.
Who can benefit from the in vitro subsidy programme in Częstochowa?
The programme of infertility treatment by means of in vitro fertilisation for the inhabitants of Częstochowa may benefit both marriagesas well as couples in informal relationshipswho document previous unsuccessful infertility treatment or have direct indications for in vitro fertilisation. The eligibility criterion is also female age 20-40where medically justified (concentration AMH is above 0.7 ng/ml) will be 42 years.
