Yoga in Warsaw - Invimed Praga.
Come and join us for a class in Vinyasa Yoga - a dynamic variety of yoga, dedicated to people of all levels and fitness levels.
Why take a Vinyasa Yoga class?
-
Yoga will help you strengthen and flex your muscles, relieve stress on your joints and improve their mobility, eliminate or reduce contractures, develop balance, coordination and synchronisation.
-
Through the practice of yoga, you will improve your ability to breathe and concentrate naturally, calm your head, gain deep contact with yourself, relax, unwind and regenerate.
-
Practising mindfulness in class will enable you to better manage your emotions in everyday life and increase your awareness and sense of your body.
-
The basis of the class is Vinyasa yoga - one of the most popular yoga styles today. Vinyasa's characteristic sequence of postures with flowing transitions combined with the breath is reminiscent of dance and meditation in movement.
-
The soft sequences make it very easy to start practising Vinyasa Yoga.
Leading : All activities will be led by Aneta Syroka: For her, yoga is a way to maintain a balance between work, daily responsibilities and living in harmony with herself and nature. She is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher with an international certificate, honoured by the Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at the Samadhi Yoga school in Warsaw. Aneta's mission is to pass on knowledge and experience while teaching classes where physical and spiritual practice unite body, soul and mind. The individual approach, intuition and mindfulness help to tailor the practice to the needs and abilities of each participant, regardless of level.
