3. the purposes of processing your personal data and the legal basis for the processing
If you complete the contact form or send us an enquiry in any other form, your data will be processed in order to answer the question asked or to fulfil the contact requested.
For this purpose, we will process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of responding to a completed form or question asked. In a situation where answering, establishing, investigating and defending against claims will require the processing of special categories of personal data (e.g. information about your health condition) we will act on the basis of Article 9(2)(f) RODO;
4 Information on profiling
Your data will not be used for profiling.
5 Period of retention of your personal data
We will retain personal data processed in connection with the handling of your enquiry for the time necessary to clarify your case and provide you with a comprehensive response, or for the time necessary to defend and protect your claims.
6 Recipients of your personal data
We will transfer your personal data to our suppliers to whom we outsource personal data processing services, e.g.;
- IT service providers,
- marketing agencies,
- research agencies.
Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
7 Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
In order to ensure the highest possible quality of our services, we use other suppliers, e.g. for IT support. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. We assure you that, in such case, the transfer of your data will be based on an appropriate agreement between Us and such entity containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, or on the basis of a relevant decision of the European Commission.
8. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- The right of access to your personal data,
- The right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;
- The right to request the rectification of your personal data,
- The right to request the deletion of your personal data,
- The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- The right to portability of your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable computer format. You can send this data to another controller or request that we send your data to another controller. However, we will only do this if such a transfer is technically possible.

Right to lodge a complaint with an authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Data Protection Authority.
9 Voluntariness of providing your personal data
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, without receipt of your data, we will not be able to respond to an enquiry addressed to us.
